Emergency Equipment Checklist
Defibrillator — charged, pads in date, spare pads present
Airway kit — OPAs/NPAs full range, BVMs, suction working & charged
Oxygen — cylinders full/in date, tubing, masks (adult & paed) present
Trauma kit — dressings, tourniquet, haemostatic gauze, splints
IV/IO kit — cannulas full range, fluids in date, IO gun & needles
Drugs bag — check against stock list, all in date, sealed correctly
Monitoring — SpO2 probes, BP cuff, thermometer, BM kit & strips
Immobilisation — collars (full range), scoop, carry chair, spinal board
PPE — gloves (all sizes), aprons, eye protection, sharps bin not full
Maternity pack sealed and present
Blankets, entonox (checked & working), vomit bowls, wipes stocked
Vehicle — fuel level, lights/sirens working, mileage logged
